We offer free standard home delivery anywhere in the world.

To make a return, please contact us at  info@rozakboutique.com  Please note that returns should be sent to the address quoted with RETURN in the subject line.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return;

You can change or modify your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched.

When you finalize your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation message with your order tracking number, which you can use for updates. You'll also receive automatic e-mail messages about the status of your delivery as it progresses.

7. When will my order be shipped?

As soon as you place an order, it will be approved the same day.
On average, it takes 2-3 days to process an order - this applies to orders shipped from China as well as from the USA.

8. What are your delivery times?

Our delivery times are generally between 4 and 14 Business days, depending on where you live and on our supplier (from China or the US).

You will receive a follow-up e-mail once your order has been shipped.

9. What are your delivery costs?

We offer free shipping to Canada and the United States. For Europe, Asia and Africa it is $20 CAD (the amount may vary from country to country depending on the exchange rate).
